

Prior to ordering, every effort is made to ensure that the Products ordered are of the correct size and specification. Our returns and cancellation policy is shown below, however if you do need to return an item for any reason please contact us.
Returns & Order Cancellation
Each order received by Simply Home Office Limited shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to buy the Products subject to the agreed Terms and Conditions of Sale. No Contract shall come into existence until Simply Home Office dispatches an acknowledgement of order to the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right to cancel the Contract at any time but not later than 7 working days following receipt of the Products.
Contracts cannot be cancelled and the Products returned when the Products have been:
- used by the Buyer
- damaged and the damage was caused after delivery of the Product
- installed and/or assembled
Products must be returned to Simply Home Office, at the Buyer's expense, unused and in their original packaging - return address as stated on order acknowledgement. Payment will be refunded in full within 7 days of receipt of notice of cancellation in writing from the Buyer, or within 7 days of satisfactory receipt of the Products by Simply Home Office in the event of a returned product.
In the case of Products which are made to the Buyer's specification, the Buyer will not have the right to cancel the Contract by giving notice of cancellation.
Please contact Simply Home Office if your Product(s) develops a fault after delivery and we will arrange for repair or replacement.
